In the first a transit network representation and some useful concepts are introduced. Also, an actual link cost function of transit network is defined. Then, a minimization problem is formulated which yields a SUE assignment with elastic transit demand and bottlenecks model for public transport network. The solution algorithm for the model given in the first is proposed. A example is used to illustrate the applications of the SUE transit assignment model.
