In an attempt to reduce the volume of traffic accidents at road bends caused by drivers’ speeding or wrong perception, this paper presents a study of setting vibration reduction markings in front of road bends and setting visual guidance signs that are combined with rough road surfaces around the curved sections. Also discussed are parameter designs based on drivers’ visual perception and vibration perception when drivers take 1.5m/s2, 2.0m/s2, and 2.5m/s2 deceleration in front of road bends and 0.2m/s2, 0.4m/s2, and 0.6m/s2 deceleration at curved sections. This provides homologous design plans that can overcome drivers’ speeding and wrong perceptions. This research provides road bends safety facility design in detail.
