The paper took the handling operation scheduling problem of the container port's transport system as the object of research and considerated many handling resources and processed of port comprehensively. In the conditions that ship berths occupied time are identified, the paper proposed a single ship handling scheduling model based on the lowest total cost of transportation operations. To the model which establishes carried on the solution and the simulation based on the ant group algorithm, the concrete scheduling result had been given through combining with the practical problems, and a necessary optimization had made for handling operation scheduling.
