The scientific analysis and evaluation for urban rail transportation planning is the key to the improvement for the planning investment decision-making. This paper presents a comprehensive evaluation model based on Entropy-DEA method for urban rail transportation planning and an example is introduced. The evaluation results show that Entropy-DEA method can evaluate urban rail transportation planning schemes by combining organically the theory of Entropy with the objectivity of DEA, so the evaluation results should be more effective and rational.
