Loading course of structure bearing is very important for it's fatigue analysis during structural evaluation era. Based on the traffic investigation during several years, a traffic increasing stochastic process forecast model of highway was established using grey system theory and Markov chains theory. The inspection result to the model indicated that the model had a high precision and it can be used to forecast the traffic condition of future years. Vehicles weight data of a highway during 2 years by continual weighting. The vehicle weight data were fitted by traditional distributing, and the result indicated that the data accordance with double exponent distributing. Bridges loading course stochastic process model were achieved by combining above model. Vehicle numbers in certain weight area through the bridge during a certain period can be calculated. As a result, fatigue accumulation during the bridge's service life can be calculated by the model.
