Based on the thinking of balanced transport capacity and transport volume, this paper puts forward a regional bus dispatching method that suggests adjustments to transport capacity in multi-lines in order to achieve resource sharing and transport capacity sharing. The node and line's wait of public transportation network are analyzed in detail during regional bus dispatching processing in this article. The waiting factor is defined and the wait computational method is given in this paper. The capacity of the bus station is analyzed in detail. Based on this, this paper established the corresponding mathematical model taking the total wait time of the regional network as the main goal. The heuristic algorithm is used to carry on the solution to the model. This model effectively realizes that when the total wait time of simultaneous arrivals at transfer nodes is the greatest, the passenger in the network needs to transfers from one line to another line with the shortest standby period. This paper puts forward a regional public transportation timetable Optimization based on node and line's wait analysis.
