We emphasize the bus capacity or load limit effect on the dynamical phase transition between the delay and schedule time based on the time headway model of bus route system. A variety of schedule or delay phase spectrums have been drawn in a series of bus capacities. The phase diagrams perfectly degenerate into traditional research findings in two extreme conditions of with/without bus capacity. The retention rate is proposed as another index to evaluate the system performance and acquire the optimal load limit and the corresponding departure frequency at various arrival rates. It is concluded that the vehicle capacity limit can expand the schedule-time phase and we can take a certain load limit and departure frequency corresponding to the arrival rate.
