In recent years, there has been a lot of interest in the use of autonomous vehicles for end-to-end goods delivery. However, this approach is limited by low flexibility, long waiting time, and repeated deliveries. Therefore, this paper proposes an end-to-end autonomous delivery vehicle and intelligent parcel locker collaborative delivery system based on multi-sensor information fusion. By integrating multimodal data from sensors such as LIDAR and vision modules, and refining and pruning the data model, the stability and accuracy of end-to-end vehicle delivery is improved while ensuring recognition accuracy. Through the innovative end-to-end logistics service process, goods flow effectively from the “logistics transfer station” to the “intelligent locker” and then to the consumer. The system effectively reduces the waiting time for autonomous vehicles and improves the efficiency of the “last-mile” delivery, providing a viable solution for end-to-end delivery by autonomous vehicles. It can also provide a reference for future improvements and innovations in end-to-end delivery modes.
