Traffic management safety planning has an important practical significance in proving the foundational, constructional, and essential problems and further promoting comprehensive scientific development. Current traffic management planning often ignores the effect of safety in traffic management, which leads to some defects in roads and causes many traffic accidents. In order to make the traffic management safety planning serve road traffic, the defects of current traffic management safety planning were analyzed, and detailed solutions for the defects were carried out. Through further analysis of the potential traffic safety-influencing factors, the traffic safety evaluation system for the overall system was carried out, the traffic safety planning scheme was drafted reasonably, the benefit evaluation for planning scheme was perfected, and the current traffic management planning was complemented and deepened. All these practices can make current traffic management planning reflect the influencing factors and the influencing extent of these factors. Therefore, the current traffic management planning can guide road traffic safety management.
