This paper established the network path model for Su tong bridge emergency transportation evacuation in the beginning. And then the four principles to evaluate emergency evacuation route was proposed, followed by an analytic hierarchy process to calculate weight of each component by using algorithm of the minimum cost max-flow to optimization
