According to the idea of combined train plan, this paper optimizes the train plan through the mathematic modeling. It aims to adjusting the sub problems of the problem, which transforms the problem of how to make the qualified trains combine to reduce the number of train and improve the train attendance into a solution problem for bi-objective programming model. Finally, an example is given to prove the feasibility and validity of the model and the algorithm, providing effective support for intelligent development of train scheme optimization for high-speed railway.
