Through the analysis of the structure of train diagram, the influence on carrying capacity of lines and trains' traveling speed caused by speed-up trains' quantity and running speed is studied thoroughly. A calculating model is developed to solve the question of speed-up trains' coefficient of deduction. Furthermore, by numeric analyzing and simulating, an important conclusion is drawn out that the passenger trains' coefficient of deduction on single-track lines is reduced with the increasing of running speed. A reasonable quantity of speed-up trains' to run on single-track lines is worked out. A matching project of the trains' speed and quantity is put forward. At last, a general conclusion is made out that the non-speed up passenger and goods trains' traveling speed is decreased with the increasing of quantity and speed of speed-up trains' on single-track lines.
