Results of experimental study with Bureau of Standards decompression chamber to determine possible injury to personnel inside pressure compartment, caused by accidental loss of pressure due to puncturing of compartment during high altitude flight, showing that sealed pressure oxygen compartments can be successfully constructed for operation at altitudes up to 30,000 ft; best way of supplying oxygen to personnel after puncturing pressure compartment.
