Study of aeronautical considerations involved; ratio of weight of train of gliders to weight of towing airplane directly influence speed of whole combination of planes and gliders; the higher the speed of towing plane the more efficient the "train" will be; Me 110, for example, could tow gliders, totaling four times its own weight and maintain cruising speed of about 110 mph; slower, heavier machine would not be as efficient.
