Automatic processing of radar information defining positions of enemy and interceptor aircraft is required in modern fighter operations; voice link is described capable of accepting outputs from several data processing equipments and automatically converting electrical signals into verbal message for transmission to interceptor aircraft; words are represented by five-bit code and arranged according to desired message format; binary bits select prerecorded spoken words.
