Computing equipment developed by A.V.Roe and Co Ltd for solving vehicle design problems, particularly problems associated with vehicle suspension systems, is form of electrical analog which solves dynamic equations describing motion of system in question; operational procedure to obtain data such as weight, distribution of load, stiffness of springs and tires, damper characteristics, rolling radius of wheels, and location of center of gravity.
