Areas requiring sealing are environmental containers, which includes structural joints, air locks, docking transfer ports, erectable joints, and observation ports; propulsion systems, which include lines, tankage, valves, bladders, and fuel transfer ports; hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and electrical feed-throughs for operation of equipment on outside of station, and punctures; seal performance, permeability and materials, which include rubber, teflon, aluminum, copper, soft, and stainless steel.
