Abstract The present invention provides a method and system of a set of drones of automatic mapping and spotting, crop spraying from air and on the ground, and remote monitoring and a computer readable and storage medium. The method includes acquiring satellite (GPS, BDS, GLONASS 5 or GALILEO, later referred to GPS for the 4 systems) maps and pinpointing the calibration points to form the working boundaries and obstacle boundaries; the first drone is released. It gathers the GPS position information from the calibration points, and receives the differential correction data from the RTK base station. The GPS positioning 10 information is corrected by RTK differential correction and the precise corrected position information is acquired; the corrected position information is transmitted to the command terminal; the planned route is designed and set according to the corrected position information; release the second drone. It automatically completes the crop dusting by following 15 the designed and set route; release the third drone, the tethered drone. The third drone monitors the second drone working. The devices are applied to the method mentioned above, including the spotting unit, command unit, crop dusting unit and monitor unit. The computer readable and storage medium is applied to process and complete the method mentioned above.
