The invention is a bicycle that utilizes about the maximum possible pedal force. Compared to a classic bicycle, "Fully Utilized Pedal Force Bicycle" utilizes pedal force such that pedals are always at a position that yield about maximum theoretical force, minus the losses due to friction and rolling resistance as well losses due to increased weight because of the added machinery. In other words, pedal Levers, are about as fully perpendicular as possible to the legs at all times. As legs move up and down in a straightforward fashion, they are about as perpendicular as possible to the Levers at all times. In either mode of operation Cam Followers associated with Levers provide as little as possible losses due to friction and rolling resistance. Remainder, a classic bicycle utilizes maximum force only when the force arm, that is pedal Lever, is fully perpendicular to the leg. There are two modes of operation. Preferred mode of operation, one that can be more efficient that a classic bicycle mechanism, is with weak, but sufficient, Weak Springs that keep the Chains tight return the Chains to initial positions, and with Lever Rope over the Balancing Sheave that keeps the movement of pedals in tandem as the Lever Rope connects the Levers. The alternative mode of operation is with stronger chain return Stronger Springs and with the movement of pedals being fully independent. That is, in that case Levers are not connected by the Lever Rope, but move independently. Also, the function of a Stronger Spring is not only to keep the Chains tight and to return the Chain to initial position but also the Lever assembly, and to give a lift to a leg as well. "Fully Utilized Pedal Force Bicycle" can be made to utilize either mode of operation, or to allow for using only one mode of operation. If the "Fully Utilized Pedal Force Bicycle" is equipped to utilize either mode of operation, a switch between modes is achieved by changing respective sets of springs and removing/ adding the Lever Rope over the Balancing Sheave. " Fully Utilized Pedal Force Bicycle" Therefore "Fully Utilized Pedal Force Bicycle" features a mechanism that allows for about maximum force at all times, minus the losses due to friction and rolling resistance. When compared to a classic bicycle, "Fully Utilized Pedal Force Bicycle" can be substantially more efficient, especially in a preferred mode of operation.
