The invention is a bicycle that can be adjusted for many body positions and is about as low impact on the body as possible. It also utilizes about the maximum possible pedal force. Minimal twist of the body parts provided by straight pedaling at a variety of angles (see DISCLAIMER 2) might be beneficial to people with problematic knee, hip, spine, and other parts of the body. Also, some people who find conventional biking hard to master might find a simplified setup beneficial. Compared to a classic bicycle, "Low Impact Bicycle" utilizes pedal force such that pedals are always at a position that yield about maximum theoretical force, minus the losses due to friction and rolling resistance as well losses due to increased weight because of the added machinery. In other words, pedal Levers, are about as fully perpendicular as possible to the legs at all times. As legs move up and down in a straightforward fashion (see DISCLAIMER 2), they are about as perpendicular as possible to the Levers at all times. During operation Yoke Rollers associated with Levers provide as little as possible losses due to friction and rolling resistance. Remainder, a classic bicycle utilizes maximum force only when the force arm, that is pedal Lever, is fully perpendicular to the leg. Preferred mode of operation is utilized with Lever Rope over the Balancing Sheave that keeps the movement of pedals in tandem as the Lever Rope connects to the Chains that are connected to the Levers housed in Left and Right Lever Housing. In proffered mode of operation Left and Right Lever Housings are pinned to the Frame. The position of the Levers is adjusted with a quick release Lever Housing Pin. There are 24 different fixed Lever positions. Seat can be moved by sliding back and forth and allows for further body adjustment. " Low impact Bicycle" Therefore "Low Impact Bicycle" features a low body impact mechanism that allows for about maximum force at all times, minus the losses due to friction and rolling resistance. The invention could benefit people with certain physical limitations or/and unfamiliarity with a traditional bicycle. The invention easily conforms to different body types and riding positions.
