The invention relates to the technical field of baby stroller products, in particular to a baby stroller capable of intelligently monitoring body temperature. The baby stroller comprises a temperature collecting and transmitting device and a temperature receiving and displaying device, the temperature collecting and transmitting device is mounted at a riding position of the baby stroller and comprises an auxiliary STC89C52 single chip microcomputer, an auxiliary nRF905 wireless transceiving chip and an infrared heat detecting thermometer, and the temperature receiving and displaying device comprises a main STC89C52 single chip microcomputer, a main nRF905 wireless transceiving chip, a display screen and a temperature monitoring button. The baby stroller can intelligently monitor body temperature of a baby, so that timely knowing of whether the body temperature of the baby by parents is normal or not is facilitated.
