The invention relates to a novel marine organism prevention device of a ship sea chest and belongs to the technical field of ship marine organism prevention. The novel marine organism prevention device comprises a ship berth, wherein the ship berth is provided with a metal electrolytic bath; one side of the electrolytic bath is provided with a water inlet, the other opposite side of the electrolytic bath is provided with a water outlet, and the center of the electrolytic bath is provided with a copper rod; the copper rod is fixedly arranged on an anode bracket, and the other end of the anode bracket is fixedly arranged on the ship berth on the outer side of the electrolytic bath; the electrolytic bath is used as a cathode-connected potentiostat, and the copper rod is used as an anode-connected potentiostat; the electrolytic bath is internally provided with a water level controller and a chlorine concentration detector. By virtue of the novel marine organism prevention device, the problem of installation time limitation in an existing mode is solved, and organisms in a pipeline of the sea chest are rapidly eliminated; the novel marine organism prevention device is convenient to use.
