The invention discloses an underwater robot multi-degree-of-freedom vectored thrust layout method which is used for solving the technical problem that the existing underwater robot vectored thrust method is single in direction control. According to the technical scheme, the multi-degree-of-freedom vectored thrust layout is performed through the existing single-degree-of-freedom thruster to enable a front pair of horizontal thrusters and a rear pair of horizontal thrusters of an underwater robot to be connected into a whole through a thrust vector control shaft respectively, the rotating output of thrust vectors can be achieved through the control of a vector thrust servo mechanism in a linkage mode, the optimization combination of the thrust of the thrusters in the certain degree-of-freedom direction is implemented, and the project implementation is easy.
