The invention relates to a self-charging electric vehicle with double storage batteries. The self-charging electric vehicle is characterized in that a wheel belt electric generator is connected with the input terminal of an inversion boosting charger, the output terminal of the inversion boosting charger is connected with a switch a of a numerical control charging switch, the switch a is connected in parallel with the positive pole of a first storage battery and is connected a node A, a switch b is connected in parallel with the positive pole of a second storage battery and is connected with a node B, a switch c is connected with a node C of the negative poles of the first storage battery and the second storage battery, the node A, the node B and the node C are respectively connected with a switch a', a switch b' and a switch c' of a numerical control discharging switch in a point connection manner, the switch a', the switch b' and the switch c' of the numerical control discharging switch are respectively connected with a connecting point a'', a connecting point b'' and a connecting point c'' at the input terminal of a speed-power regulator, a connecting point a''', a connecting point b''' and a connecting point c''' at the output terminal of the speed-power regulator are connected with the wheel belt electric generator. For the self-charging electric vehicle with double storage batteries disclosed by the invention, the first storage battery and the second storage battery are utilized to charge or discharge, and the first storage battery and the second storage battery are mutually used in a conversion manner so as to drive the electric vehicle to run.
