The invention discloses an impact-resistance and shock-absorption safety seat. The impact-resistance and shock-absorption safety seat comprises a seat basal body, an adjusting chute, a fixed base and shock absorption cylinders, wherein the fixed base comprises a flat base and a back plate connected to one end thereof; support plates are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the flat base; the adjusting chute is formed above the frontal surface of the back plate; a fixed block is arranged at the back part of the seat basal body; a connecting hole is formed in the end of the fixed block, and is arranged in the adjusting chute; the upper ends of the shock absorption cylinders are respectively and symmetrically connected to the two sides of the bottom of the seat basal body; and the lower ends of the shock absorption cylinders are respectively connected with the support plates. Through the structure of the impact-resistance and shock-absorption safety seat, the connecting hole is connected with through holes with different heights to adjust the angle of the seat, so that the adaptability is good; and the shock absorption cylinders have the shock absorption effect and good comfort at ordinary times, and can release a certain travel to buffer vehicle collision or sudden brake so as to well protect human bodies.
