The invention discloses an electric engine cylinder milling bottom surface hoisting device, which comprises an upright column, an I-steel beam, a trolley and an electric hoist. The lifting chain of the electric hoist is connected to grab hands. When an engine cylinder is assembled to or disassembled from a processing tool, the hoisting device hooks rib plates on both sides of the engine cylinder, then the controller of the electric hoist controls the rise and fall of the lifting chain to hoist and lay down the engine cylinder, at the same time the lifting chain can be pulled horizontally to make the trolley move along the I-steel beam, thus being able to conveniently and rapidly transferring the engine cylinder between a picking position and a placing position. The hoisting device can replace manpower to transport the engine cylinder, the labor intensity of workers can be greatly reduced, and the production efficiency is higher. And the lifting weight of the electric hoist is determined by the friction between a lifting chain wheel and friction plates, when the gravity of a weight is greater than the friction, slip exists between the lifting chain wheel and friction plates, the load limit function can be realized, and the work safety is good.
