The invention discloses a novel front wall sound-insulation pad composed of three layers of materials in a compound mode. The novel front wall sound-insulation pad comprises an inner first hot-melt felt damping layer, a middle EVA rubber layer and an outer second hot-melt felt damping layer. Furthermore, the first hot-melt felt damping layer is hot-melt felt with the ratio being 1000g/m<2> and the thickness being 20 mm, the EVA rubber layer is EVA rubber with the ratio being 5100g/m<2> and the thickness being 3.0 mm, and the second hot-melt felt damping layer is hot-melt felt with the ratio being 1000g/m<2> and the thickness being 5.0 mm. The first hot-melt felt damping layer, the EVA rubber layer and the second hot-melt felt damping layer form a sandwich combined structure comprising a sound-absorbing layer, a sound-insulating layer and a sound-absorbing layer. Compared with a traditional automobile front wall sound-insulation pad, acoustic quality under the working condition that an automobile runs at the rotation speed in the non-acceleration state and runs at constant speed is remarkably improved.
