The invention discloses a subframe structure. The subframe structure comprises a subframe body, wherein the subframe body is composed of circular steel pipes which are arranged at intervals, and reinforcing beams which are welded at intervals between the circular steel pipes; two ends of each circular steel pipe are upwards obliquely bent and extended; sleeves are arranged at the end parts of the circular steel pipes; clearance spacers are lengthways embedded and inserted in the sleeves; downward down-front control arm mounting brackets are mounted at the lower ends of the sidewalls of the bent extended parts at two ends of the circular steel pipe at the front side of the subframe body, and downward lower-back control arm mounting brackets are mounted on the circular steel pipe at the rear side of the subframe body; upward upper control arm mounting brackets are mounted on the reinforcing beams in the subframe body. The subframe structure is reasonable in structural design; the weight of the subframe is effectively reduced through a welding structure between the mounting brackets which are formed by sheet metal pressing and the tubular subframe body; the clearance spacer is adopted to remove clearances caused by processing precision or welding deformation, and therefore, the situation that the subframe is locally deformed or high prestress is generated due to excessively high bolt pre-tensioning force after the subframe is mounted can be avoided.
