The invention discloses a floating type production oil storage and offloading device mooring test model which comprises a floating type production oil storage and offloading device model, wherein mooring device points are respectively arranged on the front part of a larboard, the rear part of the larboard, the front part of a starboard and the rear part of the starboard of the device model, each mooring device point is fixedly connected with a mooring rope, the mooring rope comprises four first steel wire ropes, and the tail end of each first steel wire rope is fixedly connected with an iron anchor; a prow of the device model is fixedly connected with two second steel wire ropes, a weighting block is suspended on each second steel wire rope, and the other ends of the two second steel wire ropes are fixedly connected to a buoy jointly; and the buoy is fixedly connected with three steel wire rope assemblies, and also connected with a tanker model. The floating type production oil storage and offloading device mooring test model disclosed by the invention can be used for realistically simulating the actual mooring conditions of an FPSO, and has the advantages of convenience in use, and easiness in operation when being used for mooring tests. In addition, the floating production oil storage and offloading device mooring test model also has the advantage of high accuracy of parameters obtained by measurement.
