The invention discloses a method for displaying a pseudo-color point cloud picture used for acquiring and inquiring the traffic road condition. According to the method, the speeds and positions of vehicles on a road can be displayed visually and clearly, a driver can obtain road condition information rapidly so as to select a road or lane with high vehicle flow speed and avoid a road or lane where an accident happens, rod congestion in rush hours is relieved, and a forceful guarantee is provided for selecting proper roads, avoiding barriers in advance, relieving traffic congestion and reducing traffic accidents. The method has remarkable advantages and can be applied and popularized conveniently.
