The invention discloses an adjustable inertance coefficient type hydraulic inerter. The adjustable inertance coefficient type hydraulic inerter comprises a double-outlet-rod hydraulic cylinder; a hydraulic cylinder cover housing is arranged at the upper end of a hydraulic cylinder body; a piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder is connected with a wheel connecting point; the hydraulic cylinder cover housing is connected with a vehicle body connecting point; two oil inlet and outlet end ports of the hydraulic cylinder are respectively connected to a rectifier circuit; two branches which are connected in parallel are arranged on the rectifier circuit; a first hydraulic one-way valve and a second hydraulic one-way valve which are mounted by a face-to-face manner are connected in series with the first branch; a third hydraulic one-way valve and a fourth hydraulic one-way valve which are mounted by a back-to-back manner are connected in series to the second branch; the medium end of the second branch is connected with an inlet of an one-way variable hydraulic motor; an outlet of the one-way variable hydraulic motor is connected with the medium end of the first branch through a pipeline; a flywheel is connected to the shaft end of the one-way variable hydraulic motor. According to the active adjustable inerter, the parameters can be changed at random according to the vehicle driving and road conditions, so as to adapt to the best driving state of the vehicle.
