This porous sound-absorbing structure comprises: an outer material (2) having a smooth curved surface shape; an inner material (3) having an uneven shape and having a hollow (S) formed between the outer material (2) and same by having a perimeter bonded to that of the outer material (2); and a reinforcing sheet material (4) having a plurality of holes (5) and attached to the surface on the hollow (S) side of the inner material so as form an air layer between said surface and the reinforcing sheet material. The inside of the hollow (S) has sound absorbing properties as a result of the reinforcing sheet material (4).
