The invention relates to a power supply control method for a trolley bus and a power supply system. The power supply control method comprises the following steps: when the voltage U of a wire network is greater than or equal to U1, performing closed-loop control on a DCDC (Direct Current-Direct Current) input end voltage, and performing closed-loop control on an output end voltage; when U is smaller than U1, performing closed-loop control on the DCDC input end voltage, and performing open-loop control on the output end voltage, wherein the output end voltage follows the voltage of a power battery, and U1 is greater than a critical voltage value of the wire network meeting entire vehicle requirements. The power supply system comprises a DCDC module, wherein the DCDC module comprises at least two inversion units; each inversion unit is correspondingly provided with a transformer and a rectification unit; each inversion unit, the corresponding transformer and the corresponding rectification unit are sequentially connected; the input ends of the inversion units are connected in parallel, and the output ends of the rectification units are connected in series. According to the closed-loop or open-loop control over the DCDC input end voltage and the DCDC output end voltage in the voltage range of the wire network, the DCDC input end voltage can be effectively stabilized in a certain interval, so that a high-voltage electrical system works in an efficient area.
