The invention discloses a head-up-displaying system for a car based on GPRS. The head-up-displaying system comprises head-up-displaying equipment, a wireless receiving module and an information sending end. The input end of the head-up-displaying equipment is wirelessly connected with the output end of the wireless receiving module. The input end of the wireless receiving module is in wireless connection with the output end of the information sending end. The information sending end comprises mobile equipment and an information sending module which mainly comprises a single chip microcomputer, a power supply, a connecting unit and a transmission unit. The power supply, the collecting unit and the transmission unit are connected with the single chip microcomputer. The mobile equipment, the wireless receiving module and the transmission unit are provided with GPRS modules. A user can observe and know car operation situations conveniently, the system using range is expanded, a GPRS technology is used, network covering is wide, data transmission is carried out in a packaging mode, data transmission speed is high, transmission efficiency is high, and the technology is mature.
