The invention provides safety monitoring equipment for a stop state of an automobile. A vehicle control processing device is used for starting an interior temperature measuring device to detect temperature in the vehicle and transmit an interior temperature value to the vehicle control processing device when a vehicle door closing instruction transmitted from a first communication device is received, and is used for starting a vibration measuring device when the interior temperature value exceeds a predetermined temperature threshold value; the vibration measuring device is arranged in an automobile seat to detection vibration on the automobile seat and transmit a vibration deterministic signal to the vehicle control processing device when vibration is detected; the vehicle control processing device is used for transmitting a start reminding signal to a second communication device when the vibration deterministic signal is received from the vibration measuring device; when the second communication device receives the start reminding signal from the first communication device, a starting command is transmitted to a reminding device, so that the reminding device emits reminding sound, and/or an automobile electronic key vibrates by using the reminding device.
