An energy-saving and environmental-friendly traffic system is quite small in resistance, saves much energy, is quite suitable for long-distance and high-speed road running, is also suitable for an aerocar and a road system of the aerocar, and can be used for modification of traffic tools such as trains, electric motors, bicycles, planes and cars. An oblique flow fan is used for pushing air flow to flow obliquely backwards and is arranged on the front surface of a traffic tool with a convex front surface, the air is made to not collide with the traffic tool as much as possible, and therefore resistance of the air to the traffic tool is reduced. As the air does not collide with the traffic tool, energy of the traffic tool will not be lost. As high-speed air flow on the front surface of the traffic tool can form quite low head-on pressure, a diffusion device is adopted on the back surface of the traffic tool, the pressure on the back surface of the traffic tool is made to be larger than that on the front surface, and the resistance of the traffic tool is greatly reduced. A stereoscopic full-interchange overpass is also adopted, multiple traffic layers are realized, and the problem of traffic jam in a city is resolved.
