The invention discloses a vehicle remote monitoring center; the vehicle remote monitoring center comprises a vehicle-mounted data collecting unit, a multimedia unit, a positioning unit, and a remote control center; the vehicle-mounted data collecting unit comprises a load bearing sensor for collecting the current weight of the vehicle, a speed sensor for collecting the driving speed of the vehicle, a cloud platform camera for collecting facial emotion data of the driver inside the vehicle, and a communication module for sending the data to the remote control center; the multimedia unit is used for playing audio and video data preset in the system during the driving process; the positioning unit is used for detecting data of a driving location of a school bus, and storing historical driving data inside the system as well as sending the data to the remote control center; the remote control center stores the currently collected data information at real time, and compares the data with an internal preset database; when an abnormality occurs in the data, an internal preset warning program is triggered for warning. The vehicle remote monitoring center is able to detect the driving data and load bearing condition of the school bus at real time, and effectively prevent the occurrence of safety accidents of vehicles.
