The present invention is provided with: a first pump (23) and a second pump (24); equipment (31, 32, 34, 36, 37) of which the temperature is to be adjusted; heat exchangers (28, 33, 35); multiple flow paths (11 to 16) including a first pump installation flow path (11), a second pump installation flow path (12), and equipment installation flow paths (13, 14, 15, 16); a first switching unit (21) for selectively connecting the flow paths (11 to 16) with one another and a second switching unit (22) for selectively connecting the flow paths (11 to 16) with one another; and a reserve tank (46) for storing a heat medium. The reserve tank (46) is configured such that the pressure at the liquid surface of the stored heat medium is at a predetermined pressure (for example, atmospheric pressure), and is only connected to one flow path from among the multiple flow paths (11 to 16).
