The invention discloses a rubber shock absorber which comprises a top plate and a vulcanized rubber body. The top plate is inset into the top of the vulcanized rubber body, the center of the lower end of the vulcanized rubber body is provided with a trapezoidal positioning groove, trapezoidal positioning structures are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the positioning groove, and two sides of the inner wall of the trapezoidal positioning groove are provided with fixed bosses; the two sides of the lower end of the vulcanized rubber body are provided with force workbenches, and the upper portions of the force workbenches and the top surface of the vulcanized rubber body are in transition by a certain angel. The shock absorber has the advantages of being capable of reducing the use number of the shock absorbers, saving labor hours, improving installation efficiency and reducing cost, and easy in installation.
