The invention discloses a loop chain hydraulic hoist which comprises a shifting piece and the like. A leno selvedge is located between the shifting piece and a tailstock. A first double sealed deep groove ball bearing is located between a first check ring for a hole and a first check ring for a shaft. A brake base is located between the tailstock and a flange cover. A static friction piece is located between a one-way clutch and the brake base. The brake base and the flange cover are fixed through a first inside hexagonal bolt. A first O-shaped ring is located on the inner side of the brake base. The flange cover is located between the brake base and a bearing pedestal. A second double sealed deep groove ball bearing is located on the inner side of the bearing pedestal. A nylon sealing ring is located inside a copper packing. The copper packing is located at the top end of a gear. A foundation base and a cover are fixed through a second inside hexagonal bolt. The loop chain hydraulic hoist is sable in transmission, long in service life and low in noise.
