The invention discloses a deformation method of a ceiling mold of a dry-method PU glass fiber plate. The deformation method comprises the following steps of analyzing the material mold assembly temperature, production equipment, a product structure and a material structure of the ceiling mold; determining deformation factors of a ceiling; determining the deformation amount, the overproof position and the overproof amount of the ceiling mold on a single product gauge; confirming the position in which problems of real-vehicle assembling can be caused aiming at a real vehicle, analyzing whether the ceiling mold is beneficial to real-vehicle assembling after the position excessively deforms, executing the next step if so, or completing the analysis; changing data of the ceiling according to the position in which the problems of the real-vehicle assembling can be caused so as to enable the ceiling mold to deform excessively and enable the deformation amount of the ceiling mold after excessive deformation to be within the tolerance range; and adjusting the deformation inward at one surface of the ceiling mold into the excessive deformation amount. The deformation method has the beneficial effects that the change amount of the ceiling mold structure is confirmed by analyzing the deformation factors; the yield of the ceiling mold is increased; the scrappage is reduced; the product quality is improved.
