The invention discloses a corrosion-resistant air storage cylinder for an automobile. The air storage cylinder is characterized in that semicircular end covers are welded to the two ends of a cylinder body respectively, installing connecting plates are welded to the two sides of the bottom of the cylinder body respectively, and a plurality of connectors are arranged in the middle of the upper portion of the cylinder body and one semicircular end cover respectively. By means of the arrangement, the cylinder body, the semicircular end covers and the installing connecting plates are coated with paint after being treated through acid pickling, phosphating and corrosion preventing, adhesive force of the paint is effectively increased, the phenomena of paint falling and rusting occurring in the using process of the air storage cylinder are avoided, and the service life of the air storage cylinder is prolonged.
