The invention discloses an aerial photography holder for a helicopter. The aerial photography holder comprises an outer swaying plate and a middle swaying plate movably connected with the outer swaying plate through a rotating shaft; a stage for placing photographic equipment is arranged on the middle swaying plate; and a balance adjustment block is arranged on the middle swaying plate. According to the invention, the balance adjustment block is installed on the middle swaying plate of the aerial photography holder, so the balance force can be greatly enhanced when the middle swaying plate of the aerial photography holder rotates after being loaded with aerial photography equipment, the load of a rotating motor for controlling the aerial photography holder to rotate is effectively alleviated, and the service life of the motor is prolonged to a certain extent; the middle swaying plate can rotate in a more balanced and even manner, and the aerial shooting effect is greatly improved.
