The invention discloses a solution for governing traffic jam based on Beidou navigation positioning. The solution comprises the following steps: firstly, taxies position self positions (X, Y, Z) through a GPS (Global Positioning System)/Beidou global satellite positioning receiver; secondly, in the positioning realization process, persons waiting for the taxies log in a website through a wireless application protocol phone and read the distance between the persons waiting for the taxies and empty taxies as well as accurate positions of the persons waiting for the taxies and the empty taxies, and the persons waiting for the taxies can set the query range through software; thirdly, the persons waiting for the taxies contact with a call center through short messages and mobile phones or directly contact with taxi drivers to tell the drivers the positions where the persons waiting for the taxies are positioned. According to the solution disclosed by the invention, point-point positioning, position sharing and path sharing are realized through a Beidou system; meanwhile, the problem of the traffic jam is solved by combining traffic jam condition information issue, rear-end platform unified management, video monitoring security defense and other technical means, so that the convenience is brought to daily travel of extensive citizens.
