The invention discloses a gasoline-electric hybrid conversion speed change device for prolonging a driving mileage of a motor vehicle. The gasoline-electric hybrid conversion speed change device comprises a fuel oil engine, a generator, an output conductor, a storage battery, a fuel oil engine spindle, a driving shaft, a fuel oil engine input spindle, an input conductor, a motor, a coupling, a power output shaft, a variable-speed shaft, a motor input shaft, a power conversion shaft, a synchronous differential shaft, a transmission housing and other elements, wherein the fuel oil engine rotates, the generator synchronously generates power, and current is transmitted to the storage battery through the output conductor; the fuel oil engine spindle drives the driving shaft, so the fuel oil engine input spindle rotates, the storage battery discharges to the motor, and the motor drives the motor input shaft to rotate through the coupling; the torque input modes of the fuel oil engine and the motor are converted by the power conversion shaft; when fuel oil is about to be used up, the fuel oil driving mode can be converted into an electric driving mode. According to the gasoline-electric hybrid conversion speed change device disclosed by the invention, the driving mileage of the motor vehicle can be effectively prolonged.
