The invention discloses a railway flatcar convenient to mount. The railway flatcar convenient to mount comprises a bottom frame, fixing frames, wheels, a wheel axle, dampers and a bolt; a plurality of fixing frames are oppositely uniformly arranged on two sides of the bottom frame; wheels are connected to the fixing frame through the wheel axle; the dampers are arranged at two sides of the fixing frames; the top parts of the dampers are fixed below the bottom frame through bolts, and while the bottom parts of the dampers are located on the fixing frames and clamped and fixed to the fixing frames. According to the railway flatcar convenient to mount, the top parts of the dampers are fixed below the bottom frame through the bolts, and while the bottom parts of the dampers are located on the fixing frames and clamped and fixed to the fixing frames, so that the fixing is firm after mounting; in addition, the dismounting and replacing can be simply performed by dismounting the bolt fixing parts, thus the dampers can be easily replaced, and as a result, the dampers remain good damping effect, and the railway flatcar can run and be used normally.
