The invention discloses a method of preventing misoperation of bus get-off buttons and relates to the technical field of bus control. A system is provided with a single chip microcomputer and a voice prompt connected with the single chip microcomputer. The single chip microcomputer detects the get-off buttons to distinguish whether passengers need to get off; when detecting that the get-off buttons act, the single chip microcomputer operates the set confirmation time through an inner timer, and the single chip microcomputer still does not trigger the voice prompt to send get-off voice prompts within the set time; within the confirmation time, if a user re-operate the get-off buttons to cancel confirmed timing, the single chip microcomputer sends the get-off voice prompts through the voice prompt; if the user does not re-operate the get-off buttons, the voice prompt would not send get-off voice prompts. The method has the advantage of effectively avoiding voice prompts caused by misoperation of the bus get-off buttons.
