The invention belongs to the technical field of metro catenary operating vehicles, and particularly relates to a metro catenary operating vehicle bogie which meets the special technical requirements for clearance and working conditions of modern metro catenary operating vehicles. The bogie comprises a member, a wheel set, a primary suspension device, a secondary suspension device and a traction device. A primary suspension system comprises a stacking V-shaped rubber spring location and an oil pressure damper. A secondary suspension system comprises a rubber-metal pad side bearing installed in the middle of a frame side beam and adopting two-point bearing. The traction device adopts elastic center pin traction. By means of reasonable configuration and structure, the requirements of GB146.1-83 standard gauge railway rolling stock clearance and CJJ96-2003 metro clearance standard are met, the special requirement for operation of metro catenary operating vehicles is met, the maximum construction speed reaches 100 km/h, and the bogie is especially suitable for heavy load operation.
