The invention provides a nose cabin roof side rail structure which comprises a roof side rail, a front wheel cover, an engine cover hinge lower support and a front wheel cover upper reinforcing plate. The roof side rail and the engine cover hinge lower support enclose a hollow cavity. The upper end of the front wheel cover upper reinforcing plate is in lap joint with the upper end of the engine cover hinge lower support. The upper end of the front wheel cover upper reinforcing plate, the upper end of the engine cover hinge lower support and the upper end of the roof side rail are stacked. The upper end of the engine cover hinge lower support is disposed between the upper end of the front wheel cover upper reinforcing plate and the upper end of the roof side rail. The upper end of the engine cover hinge lower support is lower than the upper end of the front wheel cover upper reinforcing plate and the upper end of the roof side rail, so that a gluing groove which is high on two sides and low in the middle and is filled with sealing coating glue is formed. The nose cabin roof side rail structure has the advantage that rust prevention can be achieved under the premise that cost is not increased.
