A fertilizer applying system of a remotely controlled plant protection plane comprises an electronic adjuster, a discharging adjusting device, rotor wings and a signal receiver, wherein a power end of the electronic adjuster is connected with a battery; an inputting end of the electronic adjuster is electrically connected with a signal receiver; an outputting end of the electronic adjuster is electrically connected with a power end of a motor of a rotatable tray; the power end of the motor is connected with the battery; an outputting shaft of the motor is connected with the rotatable tray; the discharging adjusting device is positioned below a fertilizer barrel; an outer end of the discharging adjusting device is connected with a gear of a steering engine; the steering engine is electrically connected with the signal receiver; the rotor wings are connected with a gear of the flying steering engine; the flying steering engine is electrically connected with the signal receiver; and the signal receiver is wirelessly connected with a remote controller. The fertilizer applying system is simple in structure, uniform in fertilizer application and high in efficiency; the size of a discharging opening is adjusted through the discharging adjusting device, and the discharging speed and the discharging amount are adjusted; fertilizers are uniformly sprayed when the rotatable tray rotates at high speed; and the fertilizer applying efficiency is 30-50 times greater than the operation efficiency of artificial fertilizer applying machinery and the operation efficiency of the traditional fertilizer applying machinery.
